  Juan was exactly on time with 2 emails to let me know his ETA ahead of time. I was not told before hand that the 2 grab bars would be twice as much if he had to purchase them. If I had known, I could have purchased them myself and just had him install them. I was also led to believe that the worker charged $135.00 to come and $70.00 per hour or any part of an hour. When in fact the cost to come is $70.00 and the labor is $135.00 per hour or part of an hour-thus my quote was wrong with the information I had been provided. This situation worked itself out because Juan did a great job in record time!! I am grateful for the 10% military discount. I think $135.00 per hour is expensive, but I am old school and I do not know what the going price is! Please email me a copy of the receipt.

  Jason was terrific! He came to the house understood the project got it done in less time than expected. Pricing was fair. He made the whole process very easy! I would 100% use them again!

  We had 2 fixtures and 3 ceiling fans hung-Jason showed up on time-was pleasant and efficient. Communication with Ace was great. Would definitely use Ace again for any handyman services and if you get Jason and Cody -you’ll be happy.

  Needed someone to assemble a new gas grill. Ace Handyman were quick to respond. Wade was able to start a bit early because of pending rain and did a wonderful job. Weber looks great and works just fine. Haven't grilled yet but will this weekend. Started right up. At this point will be happy to use their services down the road.

  Horrible service. I would give zero stars if that was an option. My project was for new paneling on a couple of walls, some ceiling tiles replaced and 2 window panes replaced, clearly "handyman" services, presumably. Was informed pretty quickly that they couldn't do the window replacement, so I will get then done elsewhere. For the rest of the project, they asked for and I sent them pictures and dimensions of everything that needed repaneling, was told they would be providing a quote shortly, then waited 5 days for their reply, which was that "it turns out your project is not a job for us." Seriously? Not a job for a handyman services company? Will never use or even speak favorably about Ace Handyman Services. They wasted 5 days of my time. I'm very glad I stayed with my habit of always getting 2 quotes for projects, in case one flakes, like the case here.
