  I was very put off by another pluming service representative, and I decided to cancel the service appointment. On my next call I was directed to Ben Franklin Plumbing and was immediately put at ease by the friendly demeanor of the person making my service appointment. I was kept informed of the arrival time of my plumbing technician. When Brandon arrived, I was pleased to find he was personable and friendly .... and very competent. He quickly assessed what needed to be done explaining to me as he did and gave me an accurate (actual amount charged) quote. He gathered his materials and replaced the worn-out faucet assembly. Brandon's plumbing was a work of gleaming art. (see the attached photo). I have found the Plumbing service I will call in the future Bejamin Franklin Plumbing!

  Brandon came and fixed our plumbing problem in no time at all when we couldn’t get other plumbers to answer and what ones did answers there prices were sky high, so a big thanks to Benjamin and Franklin,

  I had a fantastic experience with the lead plumber Brandon White. I called Benjamin Franklin to get a second opinion on a quote from another company, and he went above and beyond. He sent Benjamin & he came over the same day, he reassured me that the work recommended by the competitor was indeed necessary, reasonably priced, and completely aligned with the standard of work his team would provide. I was impressed with his honesty, he also explained why the work was necessary in terms that were easy to understand. His professionalism, and integrity gave me total peace of mind. I highly recommend Brandon White the lead plumber at Benjamin Franklin for anyone looking for a trustworthy professional!
