- SDSean DechaineJul 3, 20265.0It had been a few years since I last had my septic pumped, and I’d been dealing with frustrating drainage issues for the last six months. The technician/driver came out to pump the tank, but instead of just doing the bare minimum and leaving, he actually listened to what was going on. He identified and resolved a major blockage issue in a matter of minutes! I am super thankful for the incredible customer service. They didn't just suck out the tank and split—they genuinely solved my problem. Highly recommend!

He was super nice, and showed me how to clean our septic filter, which we didn't realize needs or should be done once a year!! Thank you so, so much!! - JHJon HolyNov 1, 20245.0Septic tank pumped October, 2024 by Corey Mains. He was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered a lot of questions I had, resulting in my being able to subsequently snake out and clear a clog that had caused the tank to overfill and block drainage from the house. On a 10-point scale (10 being the best), I’d rate Corey a 10+++. Also, Young’s was able to respond very quickly. Highest recommendations!!!
