  I was very pleased with the professional installation, communication and honest discussions regarding my HVAC options . A/C unit quit working on of course the hottest week we had this year. I contacted TPCC and had an estimate the next day. The crew arrived first thing the following week like promised. The new A/C unit was running that day when I returned home from work.

  I highly recommend Twin Ports Custom Climate as this company provides "Disney Level" customer service. After securing quotes from two other businesses in Duluth. Joerg gave me a better price on a better until with twice the warranty, but he was the only person to took the time to find rebates that the other two companies simply did NOT take the time to do. Joerg helped save me $750 in rebates on my new mini-split which helped me to move forward with the purchase. From the two two gentlemen who installed the unit to the delightful lady to works in the office and accepted my payment, to the gentleman I spoke with about financing, this team of individuals is committed to excellence. In this day and age, I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past. I am pleased to report that it is not. A sincere thank you to the entire team at Twin Ports Custom Climate. You folks simply ROCK!!! Thank you for treating me with respect and dignity.

  We recently had a mini split installed by TPCC at our residence. Our installers were Erik and Justin. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the excellent job they did. The installation we requested was a little tricky in some respects and they handled it very professionally. I would highly recommend TPCC.
