  I had PACE come re-insulate my attic of my house. Evan was quick to come and do the job, he spray foamed a couple inches then blew in 16” of insulation on top of that. He did it in November and our attic was so poorly insulated we actually had a bat living in it cause the heat from our house was actually making it into the attic and we also had bad ice dams on the roof prior. After all his work we’ve never had a bat or any ice dams, and even during the summer months it’s helped keep our upstairs a lot cooler as well. 10/10 would recommend.

  Evan from Pace Residential is amazing! He’s stuck with me for a while as we are building a project with him. Some work has been done and he’s fun, professional and knowledgeable. The entire process has been easy and clear! Evan makes a great effort to be effective and efficient all in one. I have learned a lot since our project started and Evan has been there every step of the way making sure I understand. I am someone who gets upset zero to 60 fast about things and most of the time it’s not needed! He’s very good at explaining why something is done the way it’s done and for someone like me that’s priceless. His crew is pretty amazing as well! Josh is polite and professional! All in all this is a great team and buisness to use! It’s a family affair for sure! Ask him what PACE stands for it’s adorable! There’s a lot with this company behind the scenes and I was lucky enough to meet his wife and kids. If you’re spending your money spend it here!
