  ’ve worked with Pace Residential on several of my homes, and I can honestly say they are the only construction company I will ever use or refer. In an industry where communication, honesty, and quality matter everything, Pace Residential continues to exceed expectations every single time. Their craftsmanship is top-notch, attention to detail is incredible, and they truly care about doing the job the right way, not the easy way. From start to finish, the entire team has always been professional, responsive, and trustworthy. They show up when they say they will, communicate throughout the process, and take pride in their work. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and very few operate at this level.   After speaking with him personally on the 14th of April setting a 9am appointment for the 21st at my summer home, a 2.5 hour drive for me. I arrived and sent A text at 9:10 AM In which I said, I hope we’re still on for today. He called me back within a minute asked me where I was located and asked if we had talked on the phone. I indicated the day that we talked on the phone that we set an appointment for 9 o’clock today. Told him where I was located and the excuse given was that somebody had called out today and he had to go up north. This was a lie. He didn’t have me on his calendar and wasted five hours of my time for a fruitless trip. Beware!

  Excellent Services & Quality! Evan (Pace Residential owner) re-insulated our entire home to address a serious condensation issue due to original poor insulation in the home. The job included removal of all the old insulation, re-insulation of the entire home with spray foam and fiberglass blow-in (3000 sq foot home with custom roof design which required four different large areas needing insulation). Pace did an excellent job with this project; Evan took the time to explain everything throughout the project, and we are very pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Pace Residential!!
