  I was very disappointed with my experience with the water softener service. Before the project started, there were pre-existing salt granules on the floor around the old water softener. I understand that this buildup was there beforehand. However, when the technician left to get parts for the new water softener, he asked me, the customer, to clean up the existing salt mess in the meantime. I ended up cleaning the area myself so the project could proceed. My bigger concern was the condition in which my home was left after the installation. I have new carpet in my hallways and on my staircases, and I expected reasonable precautions to be taken to protect my floors and home. After the project was completed and the technician had already left, I walked into the bathroom and was shocked to find a puddle of water inside the laundry basket, as well as water on the floor around it. I also found water on the laundry hopper cover/lid, and the faucet head was gently dripping. There were water footprints throughout the house, along with dirt, mud, and a mixture of salt and water tracked across the floors. In addition, there were chunks of salt residue left in the driveway. I understand that replacing a water softener can be messy, and I am not necessarily expecting a company to clean up pre-existing salt buildup unless that was part of the agreed service. However, I do expect a professional technician to take reasonable precautions to protect a customer's home and to make sure the work area and surrounding areas are left clean and dry after the job is completed. For the amount I paid for this service, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for my home. Instead, I was left dealing with water, salt, mud, dirt, and footprints throughout my house after the technician left. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service and the condition in which my home was left after the installation.

  Rodney did a great job diagnosing my electrical issue. He found the problem right away even though it was not typical. He was prompt with the repair quote and our issue was remedied

  Ethan came to check out our water heater that had completely blown. We ended up not using the company, but that’s only because my husband‘s friend was able to do it for us. The customer service was fantastic, though, and I really appreciated their time coming out.

  Our water heater was making a loud whistling noise. We called Action and they were able to help us. They gave us a few options and we went with replacing the water heater because it was older and their warranty was great. Ethan and Chase were the techs that came and they were awesome!! Very professional and nice! I am pretty picky when it comes to home service techs and these two were fabulous!! I highly recommend Action for your household needs with plumbing!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

  I had an exhaust fan installed that I had purchased. It turned out to be too small to cover the opening in the drywall. Action offered to come back to make it right for me. They sent Mike O. He was courteous, professional and installed it quickly so that I could continue with my busy day! I always have little fixes needed in my home and I will continue to call Action to get them done!
