Today I had a wonderful person named Jermaine who was able to examine and explain to me how the iron filter works. It was thought that I may need to get a second iron filter, but upon his thorough examination he gave it a tune up which saved me $2,000.00! Can’t speak enough about his professionalism and ease of educating me on things I can do on my end.As an added plus he had a very kind demeanor.

I called Badger Water this morning because my current unit needed service. Technician (Jermaine) was scheduled for 4:00, arrived on time, and installed within an hour. Amazing service with one year warranty and feels like service centered business aiming to nail customer satisfaction.
