- BWBill WinansFeb 10, 20265.0Coming from a part of the country where water softeners are rare, we recently relocated to Wisconsin with little or no knowledge. We decided to have Badger Water in to evaluate the existing system and advise us how to move forward if necessary. It turned out the existing system was very old and non-functional. The hot water heater was also closing in on end-of-life status. Badger had a new softener and heater installed inside of a few days with all the information we need as we go forward. We're happy to add Badger Water to our growing list of new contractors. Bravo.

For nearly seven years, I had been struggling with severe hard water issues—heavy calcium buildup and high iron levels that left yellow rings in the toilet bowl. The damage was so bad that I eventually had to replace my kitchen sink faucet because the hard water corroded both the stainless steel and rubber components. Justin and Xavier were incredibly patient and thorough in explaining the root of the problem, backing everything up with clear evidence. They walked me through multiple solution options and helped me choose one that fit my budget and long-term needs. I truly appreciated their flexibility, honesty, and genuine effort to prioritize what was best for me rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution.
