  We had a Kinetico water system installed. The technician was very professional skilled and knowledgeable. He was very considerate in protecting our carpet while moving equipment in and out of the house. He made sure we understood how the system worked. He explained everything clearly. We were really impressed.

  Kevan was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to ask my many questions. Great experience. This is our 2nd Kinetico water system. Product is great and so is the service.

  My technician Scott Roggenbuck was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me and ask if I had questions. Loved he put boot protection on to help protect my floors from his dirty boots. Highly recommend Aquarius Home Services.

  Darin was fantastic at going through my water and letting me know what Aquarius could do. I have used Aquarius for years, but wanted to replace my old system as I just put in a new well. I was actually able to get rid of one kind of filter due to better well water. Darin was honest and let me know I could get by with replacing less. Darin was very quick to respond and come to my house. Derek , the installer, did a great job clearing out the old system, replumbing and adding in the new system. He checked with me on locations of softener equipment and the purification faucet. He vacuumed up whatever mess he may have caused and also the basement dust bunnies and stuff that had gathered behind the old system. He explained everything to me. It was a very easy process. I highly recommend Aquarius.

  Keith, from Aquarius Home Services, did an excellent job for us! He not only replaced our iron-clogged filter but did thorough mechanical checks, showed me how to replace the filter, and discussed how a plumbing problem we have may be affecting the Kinetico system and the water we are getting from our well. We have always had fine service from Aquarius, and Keith sustained that record.
