  France is the BEST go to service provider that provides truly whole home service! Whether it is a plumbing issue, HVAC issue, etc. They are the most responsive and reliable place I have worked with. I have used them for all of my rental properties and they even work with my tenants to schedule times to get out there and get the repairs done quickly! Their prices are also the best that I have ever seen. Don’t go anywhere else, France has everything you need! Big thanks to them for all the work they’ve done for me!

  We initially appreciated that the technician came promptly to inspect our boiler for the hydronic heating system and even left us three space heaters. Unfortunately, the service declined significantly from there. The necessary part was not ordered for nearly a week—despite below-zero temperatures—and communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We were given an estimated delivery date, but no one followed up. I had to call multiple times, and even after specifically requesting an update before the end of the day, I never received one. After leaving a message expressing my frustration, I received a call the next morning saying they could complete the repair that day. We arranged for someone to be home, and while the repair itself was completed, we returned that evening to a strong smell of gas. Because the office was closed, we were told we had to wait until the next morning to get assistance. Thankfully, WPS came out right away and confirmed there was indeed a leak in the union—something that should have been double-checked by the France service technician. After two weeks, here’s to hoping our boiler is finally working as it should. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service we received and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this company.

  Their van drivers are extremely dangerous on the road. Multiple times on grand ave I have witnessed them tailgating within a foot of another vehicle, cutting off others, and almost hitting another car next to them. Unprofessional and gonna hurt someone.

  From scheduling to execution, France was professional, honest, and incredibly reasonable with price for the amount of work they did - not to mention the quick and quality work. I'm not eager for more plumbing issues, but if they arise I'll no doubt be giving them a call back.
