  Our water heater went out on Friday night. Called Hurlburt heating and scheduled appt for Monday. Logan came out Monday just a promised gave us all of our options and ended up replacing our water heater in about an hour flat. Logan was great, very knowledgeable getting us info on both the tankless or tank options. Excited to have our hot water back up and running. Thanks Logan!

  Dave was tremendous to work with on my difficult project! Very personable and knowledgeable. He worked to find the best solution to the problem to provide peace of mind. They also cleaned up well which you don’t get from everyone. Would recommend him everyday of the week and will look to Hurlburt for future HVAC needs! Thanks, Dave!

  Highly recommend Hurlburt! Preston came out to fix an active leak at our main water shutoff/entry point into the basement. He diagnosed the issue immediately, explained the fix clearly, and got everything resolved with zero hassle. Outstanding service, professional attitude, and top-notch work. Thanks, Preston!

  Second time I have called out Hurlburt, another great round. Did everything within the scope of work plus took time to make sure other fittings were good to go on natural gas. The peace of mind alone, much worth it. New home to me, and they located numerous loose fittings to address. This wasn't an upsell moment, it was a doing things right moment. The price was the price, whether they took the time to address those items not included or not. Kudos!

  Austin and his crew, David and Tyler, were very professional and friendly. I had a furnace and ac replaced. After install, Austin explained new thermostat, furnace and ac. They removed old equipment and everything was cleaned up. Previous furnace had an outdoor wood boiler air exchanger hooked up that will not be used. They were able to unhook lines and left exchanger out with no problem. I had no real knowledge of furnace and ac equipment, all my questions were answered and I felt confident with the purchase. So, happy to have efficient heat this winter and can't wait to try the ac next year. The test run had significant increase in blowing air compared to before. Furnace and AC from early 80s was being replaced. :)
