We highly recommend Stortz for your custom home build. From our very first design meeting through the completion of our home, the entire Stortz team consistently went above and beyond our expectations. They were incredibly patient and collaborative through countless design iterations, helping us refine every detail and bring our vision to life. They also embraced some of our more challenging interior ideas and executed them beautifully. The end result is a home that we absolutely love. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality are evident in every room. Nearly every guest who walks through our home comments on how beautiful it is and what an amazing job the builder did. Building a custom home is a major undertaking, and Stortz made the process enjoyable and rewarding from start to finish. We would not hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a custom home.

We’ve worked with Dave twice on different projects, and he’s been communicative every step of the way. He provides great feedback and thoughtful suggestions. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with the Stortz team! After firing my previous builder, I was a bit nervous about making the right choice, but switching to this team was by far the best decision I ever made. From day one, they were incredibly responsive, always getting back to me quickly with answers to my questions, big or small. They truly put my best interests first, and I never once felt like I was in the dark about any part of the process. Communication was flawless—whether it was through emails, phone calls, or in-person meetings, I was always kept well informed on every step. Beyond just building a house, they built trust and confidence, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for a builder who not only gets the job done but cares about YOU throughout the entire process, look no further. This team is top-notch!
