  I called to get information on renting a water cooler and Ethan was exceptional!! So helpful, checked to see if they had one I could pick up and answered all my questions!! Great customer service and rhe price was right!!

  Matt was great. Has the right attitude for his job, meaning he walks in very friendly and ready to start the appointment. He offered up many options and explained the various options. He explained all of the water testing and what each test meant. I learned a lot! Overall a 5 out of 5 appt.

  My service technician was on time, they presented me with a detailed estimate of how much the work would cost for the maintenance on my system. The work was completed quickly and he showed me the parts that he replaced as part of the service. I recommend Culligan services for water treatment.

  Matt is a very pleasant and helpful young man. I met him once before on an earlier service call after system was installed. The objectionable odor and color were resolved with the chlorine shock treatment which I had requested both via phone and in writing. However, It appeared no one had briefed him up front on the service I had requested, but he knew what to do, called for back up explanation and performed the service correcting the manganese and iron odor and staining of surfaces and laundry. I am still interested in learning about treatments or filters that could make the water more appealing to drink. Matt is a very polite and conscientious young man.

  The techs maybe all great. The office girls are rude. I made an appointment to have my unit fixed because it sprung a leak all over left me with 0.5 inches of water in my mudd room. I called for such appointment and they scheduled me the girl on the other end said to me that I will be the second appointment that day and he should be there between 9:30 am to 10:30am. Great I can work that afternoon being that they should not expect people to take an entire day off just to sit around and wait for them. I have never had to do that for any place but these guys. He didn't show up between the times they told me so I call and the girl on the other end was rude which instantly ticked me off, she said well your the last one because others may have been more important to get to than me so it pushed my appointment to last. Now why am I pushed off and why should I have to sit and wait around for them they should be more professional and have set schedules because mayn people cannot afford to waste a day waiting around for them. I will be having there unit removed from my home ASAP and I will be going with a different company. These guys in Rice Lake have turned into a joke, no respect to customers from office staff.
