  Being disabled, and my wife being at an appointment, I had instructed a Culligan service person to park on our driveway and go across the lawn and go to the basement walk-out sliding glass door to access the basement utility room where the Culligan equipment is. Brier followed the instructions perfectly, announced as he approached our property and stated when he arrived. He also announced he was from Culligan when he entered the basement door, had a short conversation with me, and filled our salt and minerals. He informed me that he was turning off the lights and would close the door as he left. He was here about 20 minutes, and the service call went perfectly. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks. Brier.
