  From the first call, all the way through the furnace repair... the service was phenomenal!! I called, left a message and within a minute Melanie called me right back. Now let me start this review out by saying "Do you remember old school customer service?" This is the exact service you get from this company. So, to start, after the appointment was initially made, I was mistaken and thought the technician was going to come out that day until I read the text reminder for Trevor to look at my furnace the next day. I called Melanie and she said "Let me call him". She called me back and told me Trevor would be happy to swing by at the end of his day (mind you, it was a snowstorm that day!). That was truly above and beyond by both of them! Trevor arrived later and was so very nice and professional (covering his snow covered boots too). He did a complete check of my furnace and discovered the issue right away. He thoroughly explained the problem and even told me (if I wanted to) how to do the simple fix next time. Wow... for one, I appreciated as a woman, being treated with that level of respect. And two, what company shows you what you can do to easily fix the problem yourself? 'Old school' service! Thank you so very much Melanie and Trevor!! I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be letting others know of their great service as well.
