  I had one of the best experiences from Frasier’s Plumbing in Rhinelander I’ve ever had. My water heater went out and they miraculously replaced it the same day I called. The technician’s name was Adam. He was the most qualified and efficient technician I’ve ever encountered.

  Shan came out today on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our breakers and overloading the circuit. We unplugged a few things we weren’t using and reset the breakers . He was polite, professional and repeatedly asked if we had any other questions and understood everything he was telling us. We will use his company again.

  Thank you to Jim at Frasier’s! We came home after a long weekend out of state to find our water heater not working and leaking. Jim came out on Mother’s Day afternoon to check it. When it was determined that the tank was cracked, he went all the way back to Rhinelander (an hour away), got a new heater, and drove it back and installed it for us. We really appreciate the quick response and Jim was great!

  We have used Frasier's a number of times over the years for electrical improvements and/or repairs that I am not comfortable doing myself. This week we had Shane from Frasier's out and he did a great job for us on a half-dozen different electrical tasks. We were very happy with his work and he was very courteous throughout. Highly recommend both Frasier's and Shane.

  We used Frasiers to service our water conditioner. We purchased this water conditioner from Frasiers many years ago, and are so glad we did, because the previous one had to be completely removed and a new one installed every year. (And it got to be quite expensive!) Since we’ve had this new water conditioner that we purchased from Frasiers, we have it serviced every year to clean the valves and connectors. Because we have such a large amount of iron and sulfur in our well water, we also decided to install an additional charcoal filter to add to the system which we easily change out ourselves about every six months. We always request Adam A. for all of our Plumbing needs, especially servicing the water conditioner. For all the many years that we have used Frasier’s, we have found that he is the best!!!! He’s so professional, friendly, and just goes the extra mile for us. He’s almost like part of our family😊! We have the Frasiers service plan, which makes the servicing less expensive.
