We had a leak in our copper hot water line at our cottage. We called Frasier’s based on their great online reviews. I called after hours and was able to get an appointment for the next afternoon. Jim G showed up on time and was great to work with. He immediately diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs quickly. The work was excellent quality and he was extremely neat. He even took off his shoes to walk in our house down to the basement. I can see why the reviews are so good. All future plumbing projects will go to Frasier’s and I home Jim G gets assigned to our job again.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Frasier's Plumbing & Heating.
In 2022, Frasier's installed a Fujitsu mini-split system at my mother-in-law's home at a cost of over $12,700. My mother-in-law suffers from Parkinson's disease and dementia, so my husband and I have taken over managing repairs and maintenance of the home.
Since the installation, I have spoken with other HVAC professionals and received opinions that raised concerns for me regarding both the pricing and the system design. In my opinion, the larger indoor unit may have been better suited for the main living area and kitchen rather than the bedroom, while the smaller unit could have been placed in the bedroom. The bedroom unit is now not functioning properly and is not blowing air at all.
We recently paid approximately $200 for a service call. The technician diagnosed the problem and advised that a control board needed replacement. Based on the information provided to me, the part itself appeared relatively inexpensive, yet the repair quote was approximately $700. I felt this was a significant amount and asked questions about the pricing and the original installation.
Unfortunately, my interactions with the office were very frustrating. During multiple phone calls, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the conversations became unprofessional. On more than one occasion, I was cut off and hung up on while I was attempting to discuss the matter.
I also requested the part number so I could better understand the repair. There was major resistance to providing that information, although it was eventually supplied not without a battle. I was advised that using another contractor could affect warranty coverage.
After reviewing my options, I decided I was willing to proceed with Frasier's performing the repair in order to avoid any potential warranty issues. However, I was then informed that they would no longer perform the work.
We have spent weeks now wasting time on this situation. Also on top of it we had them to other electrical work that was shotty and left incomplete.
As a business owner myself, I understand that disagreements can occur. However, I believe customers should be able to ask reasonable questions about pricing, warranties, and repairs without feeling dismissed. Based on my experience, I was left disappointed by the customer service, communication, and overall handling of this situation.
I warn anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about pricing, warranty coverage, and repair policies before moving forward.
