Doug was excellent with his service and helped with the technicians coming within 15 minutes! Jeff and Tristan did an excellent job solving everything in a timely fashion. Lori was helpful too. - THTim HushJun 20, 20265.0As to be expected we broke a spring on Friday evening. I called for service expecting a voice message i was surprised by getting a live and friendly voice on the other end. After apologizing for a late Friday call she took my information and had a tech call almost immediately. Doug was extremely helpful and explained my options for an emergency response and the cost and asked when I would like to get a tech out either same night or whenever. I opted for the next morning. The tech came out quickly assessed the repair and explained it would be about an hour which was done including the replacement of the seal. Price was exactly as quoted and we had access to our garage again. Thanks to Jim’s whole staff for the great service!

Even though I wasn’t going to be at home they were willing to come out and install a new garage door opener. The work was excellent, the area was left neat and clean! The garage door opener works great! I’m usually a do it yourself, kind of guy, but the circumstances didn’t allow for that. I’m sure I could not have done any better than what Jim’s Garage did. You see their red trucks all over town and there’s a very good reason why- their work is excellent. Their technicians are polite, clean and tidy. I can highly recommend Jim’s Garage for any service work you may need for your garage.
