- DPDaniel PanschOct 2, 20265.0Excellent service from Jim’s Garage Door Service! One of the cables on my garage door broke today, leaving me unable to open the door. I called Jim’s and was very impressed that they had someone at my house in less than half an hour. The technician replaced both cables and also noticed a couple of hinges that were starting to crack, so he took care of those as well. The entire repair only took about an hour. Fast response, professional service, and a job well done. It’s great to know there are still local companies that provide this kind of service when you need them. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jim’s Garage Door Service again and would definitely recommend them.

The person did a terrible job. When the door closed there was a large gap left between the floor and the garage door. The opener labored when opening and closing the door. The repair man from Mike’s diagnosed the issues and repaired the door at a reasonable price. I’m very satisfied.
