We were looking for indoor/outdoor carpet for our sunroom. Ken showed me the available carpet options and discussed the benefits of all of them along with his recommendations. We are very pleased with the choice. The carpet installation went quickly and seamlessly and the carpet looks terrific! Thanks to Ken for his recommendations and follow up to make sure all went well!

I had a great experience with rep Ken and everyone at the Carpetland team in Racine and even those at other stores who pick up the phone if people are busy. Our friend recommended going with them and my wife and I are very happy with our choice. Ken was accommodating to us on weekends, understood the unique situation we were in that led to an extremely long delay on our project, and gave my wife and I space to breathe and talk through our options for flooring while providing useful insight and opinions based on our decisions. The carpet and LVP installers were great, and even when there was a simple communication error, Ken patiently handled my frustration with grace. Thank you to everyone involved!

We were referred to Carpetland by friends who used them when recently building their new home. We met with Joe in the Racine store and he was excellent to work with. We did 1700 square feet of laminate flooring and carpet. Joe was very helpful and honest in helping us pick the right flooring and carpet for our needs. Would definitely recommend him to help suit your needs. The installation crew led by Mike came in on time and kept us informed of their progress and they did all flooring in one day and all carpeting in less than another day. That included all removal of old flooring and moving and replacing all furniture and appliances. They were so professional and did excellent work. We had a great experience with Carpetland.

I would like to thank Carpetland Racine and Specific our sales Rep Ken Ropp. I am a repeat customer and the reason we keep coming back to carpetland and Ken is the exceptional service and attention to detail we get from Ken. I have used Carpetland, for both my personal residence and my rental properties. Ken provided exceptional customer service on our recent kitchen remodel, where was had floor issues with a patio door, and delays with the completion of the remodel. In our instance, the old flooring was sinking around the patio door. We struggled to find any contractor that would take on the project - which required fixes to the subfloor so the patio door would be elevated to be level, so a new patio door could be installed. We never would have got this project done without Ken and his assistance. Our remodel kitchen, patio door, and new flooring looks excellent and the project is now complete. Thanks again Carpetland and Ken.
