  Excellent (and high quality) selection of carpet & tile at a price that can be afforded. I worked with Joe, who answered every question I had and was always available when needed. They received my items and the installation was scheduled very quickly. The installation crews were very professional and I ended up with new carpet and tile that looks better than I even imagined!! I will never have my flooring done by anyone else!! Pics of the before & after of my stairs shows exactly what I'm talking about (what a difference)!

  Great communication through the whole process! So many options to choose from and never felt rushed. We had them repair some carpet, and lay new carpet on the steps and LVP in the basement. Everything turned out great and the install crew was very professional. Shoutout to Anthony for keep us involved every step of the way. Great work!

  Marc is the guy to get in touch with if you need to get the carpet installed in your home or office. He got tons of experience and can recommend you and work with you on your style and budget. Installation team came on time and were very friendly. Moved the furniture, installed the new one. Moved back the furniture and left everything neat and tidy. This is my third time using carpetland for business and residential needs. I would highly recommend them.

  Stopped into the store on a Tuesday afternoon. The parking lot was empty except for two cars off to the side. I assume they were employees because when I walked in no one was there. There was someone at the desk watching TV on the computer and laughing. No one said Hi, can I help you or acknowledge me at all. I walked around looked at a few things, saw the employee eating lunch and since no one said Hi I left. You have no one there and could not help me at all. Poor customer service. I went down the street was greeted right away and will be purchasing from them. A simple hi or acknowledgement goes a long way. EDIT AND ADD: The store management reached out to me about the situation. I really appreciate that kind of customer service and follow up. If I am in the market again for flooring I will consider it.
