  Very pleasant staff, store is very clean, but they were limited on plumbing products. Would still go back, as I don't know what their inventory is on other products.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOUR A PERSON OF COLOR !!! I went in today at 4:19pm10/14/2024 to get a water sprayer for my sink, I was approached by a young men in his early 20s I ask where they were and he showed me them. After he showed me them he just sat there looking at me for about a good 3-5 min without saying nothing so I decided to buy one a random one without really looking at the parts because I felt like I was being watched very closely and hard for no reason. A older gentleman (nice man that you can tell was new ) rung me up and gave me my receipt, well I get home and see I got the wrong spray because the hose doesn’t have the piece I need to attach it to my sink. so at 5pm the same day I brought back the brand new spray with hose that I just bought and my old one so they can see what piece I need, well a older man who was the manger walks me to these pieces that wasn’t working so I told him I’ll just get a refund and he told me “ we can’t refund it because the package is messed up” the sprayer is in one of those type of packages where it’s a cardboard like paper as the back of it and a plastic cut out of the item on the front so there’s no other way to open it unless you take the plastic off the paper backing. Then he tells me if I don’t have the receipt he can’t do anything about it. I realize I had the receipt in my pocket but yet they still refuse to give me my refund. Truthfully it felt off like I wasn’t welcomed and now I see I’m not. It’s sad that now and days company’s are so money hungry that they’ll rather take about 16 min of a customer time putting random parts on the hose trying to Jerry rig it then to just give me a refund so I can buy it else where . Will never go to this place again also everyone except for the older black male who was at the register seem like they either didn’t like me or don’t like people of color and BELIEVE me I’m not the type of person who said things like this. Was refused to talk to a higher up and all
