  The entire process from beginning to end, sale, service and installation of the insulation has been professional and courteous Dave the salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time to inspect the house and come up with the plan. Nikki in the office has been very helpful and pleasant. Armond, Reese, Aaron and Darnell all were hard workers, on time and pleasant. A special shout out to Armond who was on site 2 of the 3 days and was hard working, organized the crew and followed through on what we discussed. Great job!

  We had Bobby come out today to give us a quote, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with him! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. It’s not every day you come across someone who is this friendly, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Bobby made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and we really appreciated the time he spent with us. We would absolutely call Bobby again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust. Thank you, for such a great experience!

  Tyler and Trevor from Keeney did a great job spraying foam installation in our basement. I received a text before they arrived and they called when they were finished. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, and asked if I had questions. The area was as clean when they left, as when they arrived.

  I had two services done. One was the roof with one contractor named Erik R. He arrived promptly and was professional and to himself. I needed flashing repaired and a small porch roof needed to be relined and secured. Took Erik the day to get it done and once done he knocked on the door and took me around to see his work. (I would suggest using a drone to show the work for higher homes). I bought one and used it to inspect the work and I thought the work was nicely done so thank you! Next came the gutters which was two weeks later from the roof job. This task required two contractors (Reese M. and Grant T.). Both arrived promptly both days and got right to it! We walked through what needed to get done one last time and two days later I have brand new gutters. They cleaned up nicely not leaving anything for my dogs to injure themselves on so thank you for that and the new gutters! Would highly recommend these three contractors. Reason for 4 of 5 stars: This contract was originally scheduled for early August. Sadly, it took till late September for this all to get done. Meaning storms occurred and leaks into the foundation/basement occurred due to countless rescheduling. It would have been perfectly fine if I didn’t have to reach out to figure out what’s going on. There seems to be disconnects within’ your alls communication systems. For instance, the gutter installers and roofer both had the same comment of: “ not knowing every detail as they did not speak to the salesman.” Personally, I don’t mind going through and explaining what I want done so it is done right. In gist, the contractors do grade A work and are professional and knowledgeable. The company can use tweaks on their communications and provide accurate dates to not “over schedule” and realize weeks later that it needs to be rescheduled. Thank you!

  We had a roof leak in our home caused by one of the recent storms. When we called we spoke to Tami, who was fantastic. She was able to set up an appointment with one of the technicians on call who came to our house after hours to inspect the damage. We got Kieran who was great. He addressed the issue, walked us through our next steps, and got us set up quickly for an appointment for the guys to come out and get it fixed. Great experience so far with them.
