  I highly recommend Park Falls Plumbing and Heating. Pete is wonderful to work with and you can tell he really cares about his customers. He also has the best crew who are professional, friendly and also provides exceptional service.

  Staff is very helpful and friendly. But their pricing is very sketchy and shady. They were at my house for an hour and I got billed $511 and they didn’t fix the issue. They build me for mileage and the time to drive to my house from their shop even though they mentioned on the phone they were 10 minutes up the road. They also showed up three hours late without calling or saying anything to me. If you’re going to bill me for the drive time that’s fair or the mileage that’s fair but both is a bit crazy. I would recommend using any other plumber in the area if you can get them.
