  I'm a Lead Project Engineer and we used United Fluid Solutions for a very large infrastructure project that required design, set up, and then continued maintenance of a complex dewatering system with multiple ancillary pumping systems. The whole United team was great from design to install but the Outside Sales Rep Mike Wilson who worked with us went above and beyond and provided impeccable service whenever we needed something. We were working 24 hours a day 7 days a week and whether it was a Saturday or Sunday and even while on vacation he was available. I don't think there was a single time in two years it took longer than an hour for him to get back to me if he didn't answer when I called. Due to the complexities of the project there were multiple unforseen issues that arose that could have potentially shut us down and even with the project being in a remote location, several hours from their office, he would have what we needed onsite the following morning to help keep us productive... Even on the weekends. As all of the ancillary pumping systems came to light, he wouldn't just sell us the most expensive thing off the shelf knowing we were in a remote location with a critical need, but rather, he would work with me to find the most cost effective solution that would achieve the results we were looking for and have it there when it was needed... His positive attitude, responsiveness, and extensive knowledge of their products and services to provide us with timely solutions to keep our project moving forward were undeniable. There was a level of attention to detail and thoroughness I personally have not seen very often having accurate counts of everything, literally down to the individual nuts and bolts, to ensure we received everything and didn't experience any delays waiting on a missing part. From staying on top of United's design engineers and electrical department to make sure things were progressing with the system design and dewatering plan submittals, liazing with manufacturers for us to streamline assistance and warranties with equipment we purchased through United, to making sure we had the on-site support during install to meet our strict timelines and then mechanics to perform preventative maintenance and fix or swap out equipment when there were the inevitable issues with minimal to no downtime... It took so much burden and stress off of my plate. I was able to have a single point of contact who was reliable 100% of the time. He even stepped in and helped clear things up when we're were having issues with their accounts payable department. Most of all, one of the best and rarest characteristics was the accountability. For example, several brand new flow meters picked out by United and purchased for our system did not function properly. Rather than saying he would reach out to the supplier and try to get them fixed or replaced he took responsibility and deducted the cost from the replacement meters without question, and left us out of efforts to get a refund from the supplier/manufacturer. It was the definition of how I wish all of our subs and vendors would perform when they partner with us on a project regardless of size. Even though I'm no longer on a project in Mike's region, he is most certainly the reason United Fluid Solutions is the first company I reach out to when a need arises.

  Tight entrance — heads up! Cars are parked inside the property, and if you’re not careful, you might clip one with your trailer. I checked in at 7:50 AM, got unloaded at 8:50 AM — just sat there waiting. Can’t speak for how they operate overall, but the parking setup feels like a bit of a mess. Giving them 4 stars — mostly because the staff was chill, no one rude or snappy. Just not a great layout and a bit of wasted time. Would’ve been a 5 if the flow was smoother.
