- DGdan gerdmanJun 5, 20265.0I called needing new springs - they arrived in 1 hour. Jarrod worked on my door - he was friendly and did great work. Great experience.
- LXLinfeng XieMay 12, 20212.0The firm is not so honest. My garage door was manually locked and I thought it was due to broken tension spring. The technician who showed up was not nice, bluntly asking me "what's wrong with the door?". I received a bill for $98 which included $8 "lube" that he never did. So "honest", I am done with this company after nearly 20 years of supporting them as a small local company.

I was not in an emergency situation, and I did the work myself. I could have just as easily ordered the springs from Amazon for ~$45 less than I paid total. Nice guys, and understand they need to make money; but ~$45 is a LOT of money for me right now.
