I was referred to Carpetland by my daughter's BFF and I'm glad I was. Alexandra and Allison were super helpful and extremely professional. I had no idea if you bought a remnant they would install as well! Installation day came and a crew of 4 men were here. They installed the master and our spare bedroom in under two hours from start to finish. Very pleased and we would definitely use again.

I had water damage on the plank floor due to a broken ice maker line. Alexandra from Oshkosh store worked patiently with me to reorder more flooring that would work since the original lock system had changed. I had Javier fix the the floor and he did an amazing job!! His crew and him were very polite and professional. He even sanded the subfloor to have it even( my job was not to his standards) 😊. I’m a very satisfied customer with from start to finish!.
