- KPKenton Powell1 day ago2.0I called to set up an appointment. I thought it was a free estimate. They charged me over $250, which i knew nothing about beforehand or i wouldn't have made the appointment. I had to pay it before the technician left. They knocked $70 off, but that was it. No one ever mentioned money beforehand. I wouldn't reccomend!
- DDDeborah Deveny5 days ago5.0We had 2 crews out to add an additional fireplace and a garage heater. They are friendly, professional and conscientious. The work was done efficiently and they left the area as clean as if they had never been working in the area. When the installation was finished they explained the operation of the units and remote. We were shown how the gas lines were run and where the shut offs are located. They even gave us information on equipment that was here when we purchased the house. The job exceeded our expectations, we will be using Comfort by Design on our future projects, we highly recommend them.

Everyone we worked with were, friendly, courteous and professional. The installation was finished and there was no sign that work had taken place, it was as clean as when the crew arrived. We cannot say enough good things about Comfort By Design we are getting an additional fireplace and garage heater from them and will use them for maintenance and future projects.
