  Jordan was fantastic to work with. He was responsive and very knowledgeable helping to put me at ease with my first major repair as a first time home buyer. As someone who also works in the sales field I can truly say he is an asset to your company!

  These people are awesome!! First of all - they were the only roofing company that actually answered the phone. Was great talking to a real person! Had a small issue from a wind storm...they came all the way out to asses and fixed the problem while there for no charge? These are honest good people that have not forgotten what customer service once was. Thank you CustomCraft!!!!

  I lost some Shingles due to storm damage. I called Custom Craft and even though they were busy, they sent someone over within a couple of days and replaced them for me. Jonathan was polite, on time, professional and affordable. I would definitely consider calling them back when the time comes to replace our roof.

  Very satisfied with the job, I would highly recommend them. Everyone was helpful and the project manager Tim went above and beyond the scope of work to ensure everything went smooth. They stand behind their work.

  Most of our neighborhood needed new roofs after a hail storm in August. Numerous different roofing companies came to talk to us about our roof. We felt that the other places that came were just looking to make a quick deal and didn't really care about the final product. When Sam stopped by to talk to my husband, my husband felt that he was the best choice for our project. We were fighting with our insurance company for full coverage of our roof. Sam not only looked at roof, gave my husband a fair estimate, he helped us with pointer on dealing with insurance. Sam was also very understanding with the insurance process. Sam's crew showed up first thing in the morning and we had a new roof before we got home from work. We also had our skylights removed from our master bedroom. The crew was very professional about working in our bedroom. They covered everything with plastic sheeting and cleaned up after the installation. We will happily continue recommend Sam and Custom Craft Roofing, in fact one of our neighbors that hadn't picked a roofing company yet asked for their number after watching them work on our roof for the day. If you need a new roof or roof repair you don't need to look anywhere but Custom Craft Roofing & Construction LLC
