  Custom Craft sent Drew out to my home to help with an emergency roof leak. When I talked to them, they did everything they could to get my roof seen asap. They sent Drew the same day. He thoroughly inspected my roof and promptly fixed the problem. I was not at the property. He called me to discuss the problems and made me feel comfortable in his assessment. A sudden roof leak is very stressful. Thank you to Custom Craft for responding so quickly and for sending Drew! Highly recommend this company!

My salesperson, Jordan, was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. Bob, the project manager, did an outstanding job coordinating the installation and keeping me informed every step of the way. The roofing crew worked efficiently, completed a high-quality installation, and paid close attention to the details. Just as importantly, they did an exceptional job cleaning up the property when they were finished. The job site was left in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to recommend CustomCraft to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor. They delivered exactly what they promised, and I'm very pleased with the finished product.
