Had a small issue from a wind storm...they came all the way out to asses and fixed the problem while there for no charge? These are honest good people that have not forgotten what customer service once was. Thank you CustomCraft!!!!

I called Custom Craft and even though they were busy, they sent someone over within a couple of days and replaced them for me. Jonathan was polite, on time, professional and affordable. I would definitely consider calling them back when the time comes to replace our roof.

I called a couple of other roofing companies in the area, but they never got back to me in a timely manner. Not with CustomCraft. I called on a Monday and left a message requesting a quote for a new roof. The next day, I received a call from Jonathan. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Jonathan came out the following week in the morning and did a thorough inspection of my roof. I received the quote that same day! Their pricing is very competitive, and I could not be happier with the experience. Thank you, Jonathan and the CustomCraft team!
