  Same-day service for a non-emergency issue with my furnace and A/C (cleaning only) was a pleasant surprise. The technician described the details of the service and assisted with setting up WIFI connection of the wall-control unit.

  I had some faults and noises coming from my Carrier furnace this quite cool/cold spring, called to make a non emergency appointment, and within the hour Bruce was on the scene. The man worked in a very methodical way and was able to make an accurate diagnosis and repair on the spot. I thought it might be a faulty capacitor or pressure limit switch. It was not. In addition to being very thorough he also demonstrated to me that without question my heat exchanger the deteriorating surface of which was causing the faults and noises having obstructed drainage lines was the culprit. (I am an octogenarian and have been around the block a few times; I began my life feeding coal into a cast iron furnace shovel by shovel until we could afford a hopper to feed it, replaced firebrick within as a 10 year old as I was able to squeeze thru the 14X14" door, later removed the whole works, broke up the cast iron roomfilling doughnut,hauled it to the junk yard for the $6 and spent the summer installing a new Sears gas fired furnace 1/10th of the size,etc.) I recognize talent when I see it. Bruce was one of the finest "no wasted moves, everything orderly in disassembly/reassembly" technicians I have ever seen. He reminded me of a surgeon with advanced training who used his skills to the utmost and made things look so easy, while others could not. I chose Advanced Comfort for service as they are a Factory Authorized Dealer. They recently replaced my 30 year old AC unit and did a wonderful neat job of that as well. I am a very happy camper.

  I had Advanced Comfort Systems put in a ductless system in my home this spring. I was impressed with the personal service from initial quote to installation. You’d never have known there were 3 workers in the home they were so quiet, efficient and clean. I will be using them as my HAVC needs from now on!
