Yesterday evening we noticed the air wasn’t blowing cold anymore so I immediately called Paul’s and was able to make an appointment for right away this morning using a virtual assistant. A real person then texted me and said the dispatch would get back to me in the morning. They gave me an 8am-10am window and Riley arrived around 9am. It was perfect. The communication was great, fee was reasonable, Riley was fast. Had the part he needed and within 20 minutes, my air was up and running blowing cool again. Thanks Riley and Paul’s Heating and Air Conditioning!

And it is a HOT one today! Anyways I called and even though they were busy with appointments, they were able to get to my folks within an hour and fixed their a/c. Thank you very much for getting over there as quick as you did. We really appreciate it! You have us as customers for life!
