Sterling Mainz came to our house the next day, inspected and diagnosed the problem, and had it up and working and about 30 minutes. They also explained it is 20 years old, and will need parts replaced. My wife and I appreciate their honesty, their rapport with a customer, and their ability to respond relatively fast.
