  The Crew came out and did a wonderful job! Clean respectful and they know their stuff! They even caught a plumbing issue before it became a big issue when no one else was around! Amazing service and the head electrician was super easy to work with and got everything I needed handled! A+

  Mark was very professional. We had him out to service our hot water heater and after talking with him, we decided there could be plumbing problems and that possibly a new water heater may be needed so it was probably better to work with a plumber than him. This is why we work with Pat’s heating…they give good advice instead of ignoring what could be a bigger problem.

  We have been using Pat’s heating and air for over 20 years! Every single time they are punctual, and so knowledgeable in what they do. Honesty is always appreciated and they sure prove that! I absolutely highly recommend this company for any service you need!! Top notch!! I really can’t say enough! Brandon and Alfredo just came today for our scheduled visit and once again just the nicest employees! Thanks Pat’s heating and Air for all your employees they rock!! 😁

  Our AC went out a couple weeks ago and we contacted Pat’s to come out and fix it. Brady showed up at the time I was told he would be here and had it up and running in about 30 minutes. When he was done I asked if he could also do the regular maintenance on it because we had never had it done. He said he couldn’t that day but if I called the office and signed up for the yearly maintenance I could save 10% on the service call for that day. I called and signed up. Today was the day he had to come and do the maintenance and again he showed up at the scheduled time. Very polite and professional every time. If you ever call Pat’s, ask them to send Brady. I think we paid less than $600 for the repair and yearly maintenance on both our AC and furnace.

  Brandon was fabulous. I called Pat's because my AC wasn't working. A few hours later, Brandon showed up. He diagnosed one problem nearly instantly, and figured out the death knoll problem for my 13 year old AC after a bit of digging. He was very professional and knowledgeable. What I really appreciated is that he could answer my questions in plain English. Upon learning my AC was burnt toast, Brandon called Ian, who came over to see what I had and then showed me what my options were. I really appreciated Ian's professionalism, candor, and knowledge. I greatly appreciated the lack of hard sell techniques. I ordered a new AC and furnace. Today the installation team came out and did a awesome job. Everyone on the team was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and fast. They removed the old stuff from the basement without banging or gouging the walls. Excellent walk through of all the work they did and instructions about the thermostat, air filters, etc. They did a great job in under seven hours. I really appreciated all of them. My only complaint is that Pat's is so busy it took a week for the install date. But Ian left a portable AC here (for free!) to take away some of the pain of being AC-less. I highly recommend Pat's for maintenance and new installation. In fact, I trust they'll take care of my mom when I'm not here, and have done so for the last five years.
