Great service and technical expertise on heating. We needed to replace 25+ old furnace. Service came to confirm what was wrong. Sales came to inspect furnace hvac design. Very knowledgeable. Impressive. He recommended what type of furnace and we shared about cold spots in our living room area. We needed the light gas fire place to supplement heat in room. He noted a very incorrect design in duct work feeding those vents and why that was with really easy to understand terms. Suggested changes they would do during installation. In ~1/2 day they did deinstall/install/build new furnace and duct work. The result in heating home was amazing. Flow into living room with 100% improvement and is now comfortable and warm. The ambient heat temp changed 5+ degrees with usual temperature settings. We now need to lower thermostat setting. Just WOW … expecting good savings in heating this winter. Thank you to Pat’s Heating. Very Highly recommend them to work on your HVAC system. Call them.

We've had our furnace and central air serviced (and a new system installed when the time was right) by Pat's Heating for over 30 years. We appreciate their expertise, professionalism, promptness, and honesty. They treat us as well as one would treat family. Our latest check-up/tune-up was performed by Paul. I was texted that he was on his way and he was here right on time (a few minutes early, in fact). Paul was thorough, gave me a quick review of the work he performed, and was very courteous and considerate. Thank you, Paul, for a job well done!

Could not have asked for a better experience with Paul and Mike! They came out for routine furnace maintenance and, in the process, identified a leak with our water heater. They (Ian included) quickly helped us get a quote, secure a replacement, and had it installed by other technicians all before the end of the day. Great service from start to finish!

Joseph from Pat’s Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric came out to look at our furnace after it stopped working. He quickly identified the problem, was able to get the motor running again, and recommended holding off on any unnecessary repairs or replacements. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to fix the issue without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. He was friendly, professional, and straightforward throughout the visit. Great experience, and I would definitely recommend Joseph and Pat’s!
