  Paul J fixed my bathtub faucet which was dripping. Even though a repair part is no longer available, he rebuilt the existing part and warrantied the work. He was efficient, professional and had excellent communication throughout the process. He also took the extra time to help me find a replacement drain stopper for my bathroom sink. His work continues to confirm my satisfaction with Thielmann heating/plumbing workers. Thank you!

  We couldn't be happier with the plumbing work Kyle did for our child therapy center. He responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything fixed in no time, all while staying completely professional throughout the visit. It's not always easy to find someone who's both efficient and easy to work with, but Kyle checked every box. We'd recommend him and his services to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled plumber.

  Called Thielmann Heating and Cooling, late afternoon, on a 100 degree day when our central air failed. Got the first appointment of the day. Jared A showed up on time and got right to work. He diagnosed and fixed our issue within an hour, while the entire time answering all my questions with kindness, grace and ease. A true professional and community builder. He also pointed out some other potential issues and saw to it we were connected with the plumbing service department as well. Thanks for the high quality customer service.

  The weathers been nice so we haven't used the ac but knowing it's supposed to be 90 all week and with family coming into town for the holidays, I decided to check our unit. Sounded like the capacitor or the compressor was out so I called Thielmann. It was a Sunday and I know they were closed but figured leaving a message might get me in sooner. Come 7:30 am Monday 30 minutes before they open i get a call back and they get me set up with a 9 am appointment. The young man who came by Makinze was polite and well spoken. He worked fast and was very clear about what all he was seeing and on both what he could do right away and about what work will likely be needed in the next year or so. It's a 23 year old unit and everything he mentioned was expected. He had my unit up and working with in moments (capacitor) and recommended that when the compressor goes just replace the unit. Like I said expected, so very honest young man and very good at his job. Was done and paid for by 10 am. Will call Thielmann next time i have heating and cooling work needed and I noticed they do plumbing as well.

  Juan C and his team were extremely professional and very respectful of my home. They did a fantastic job installing a new ac, furnace, water heater and home air purifier. I am highly satisfied with the service. His team had to cut some of my landscape edging to install the AC unit, (my old one was too close to the home and much smaller) and they did a great job making sure it fit perfectly and looked great. David did a fantastic job when coming to give me my quote. He was extremely thorough and detailed. I would definitely recommend Juan, David and the team to friends and family!
