  Carlos was exceptional! He was thorough and took time to explain everything to us. We are so happy with this company and Carlos. This is the only place we would go for all our heating and cooling needs.

  Our experience with Thielmann’s duct cleaning service was great from start to finish! During our initial consultation for the estimate, their representative was very knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations for home maintenance beyond the HVAC vent cleaning questions. On the day of the service, the technicians were also great! They arrived on time, and were again extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They worked efficiently and also did a thorough job, as shown by the before & after pictures that they gave us. We’d highly recommend them!

  Adriel did a great job in checking out my ac. He was well versed in the system and did a thorough job inspecting the unit. He was knowledgeable in what was needed as next steps. Enjoyed visiting with him. Thank you!

  Just had our furnace checked for the winter by Carlos. He is very knowledgeable and also a very nice and polite man. Put his paper boots on immediately upon entering the house plus didn’t have any issues with our bernedoodle saying hello. He gave a rundown of what he would do and started checking the thermostat right away. Once down at the unit he explained everything he would do, changed our filter and answered all questions in a way we were sure to understand. He is our requested technician and remembered where we moved from despite only coming here one other time. He also took away the box and old filter for disposal without me asking. The added bonus is our appointment wasn’t scheduled until 2 weeks from now but since there was a cancellation, Thielmann called to see if we would like to have our service sooner! We have been very pleased with Carlos of Thielmann and will continue to request him to come for our needs. We do have a membership with them and it gives us the peace of mind since we are seniors since we get priority service. Worth the monthly charge and no greater cost from where we moved.

  George and Carlos with Thielmann were so kind and knowledgeable for our AC and furnace tune ups. They were both very open to questions and provided details for us to review for clarity. We are very happy with their services and would highly recommend Thielmann to others. I also noticed the prices we were charged for the tuneups was very reasonable and less than we were paying in the past with our other provider of these services.l
