SJS did an outstanding job on the gutter work at our townhome. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. Our front yard area looks great, the gutters are working perfectly, and the entire project was completed with real attention to detail. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in what they do and treats your home with care. Highly recommend SJS for anyone needing gutter repairs or improvements. We’ll definitely call them again for future projects.

Our 25-building condominium association has worked with SJS Roofing for years, and they've earned our trust many times over. Steve and his team are true professionals who know building science inside and out. What sets them apart is their responsiveness and their willingness to educate - they don't just fix problems; they help us understand root causes and make informed decisions about our 25 buildings. When a recent water intrusion crisis hit multiple units, SJS was on-site quickly, provided thorough inspections, and gave us the guidance we needed to address both immediate repairs and long-term solutions. Highly recommend.

Their estimates are very thorough detailing what was done & what needs to be done, including pictures. They follow up when completing a job with additional pictures as well. Very reasonable & professional!! As a property manager, they make my job a lot easier!
