  Oak Creek Plumbing converted my dad’s bathtub into. Walk in shower. It turned out wonderfully! Zack and Jamie answered all my questions thoroughly. My dad loves taking long showers now. They also replaced a toilet and a couple faucets. Everything was done very professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

  I was out of town and had no choice to call a plumber for a clogged drain. For $700 they cut and added access and snaked the drain. Seems expensive for 2 hours of work but I understand there is a cost for convenience. When I return I find there is a substantial amount of water still leaking. After a few days they come back and tell me the pipe next to what they touched spontaneously cracked and needs to be replaced. It’s a drain pipe. They don’t crack unless someone applied torque and made a mistake they don’t want to admit to. I do not recommend this service provider and suggest everyone to use an alternative. Look at my reviews, I am not a negative review person. It takes a lot for me to spend time to write a negative review but if I can help others avoid the costly mistake of calling these guys it’s worth it to me.

  I had Oak Creek Plumbing in to replace the wax ring on my toilet and they also replaced the shut off valve behind the toilet. The work was fine, but the charge was rediculous. $532 to replace the wax ring and $220 to replace the shut off valve. He was here less than 90 minutes for a total of $782.

  Bob S did an awesome job from start to finish. He listened to what I needed, answered my questions and helped to figure out what the best option would be for our home without just steering us towards the most expensive option. He was respectful of our home, didn’t mind our overly helpful cats, and got the job done faster than I expected! He also thoroughly explained our new water heater and how best to care for it going forward. I have worked with Oak Creek Plumbing in the past and this experience just makes me more certain that they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.
