What a bunch of slimeballs. They will harass an elderly lady in her 80's. Try to scare her out of her mind and threaten her to doubly pay for work she's already paid for! They send their attorney who sends a threatening letter and even had someone deliver a summons; Then after you call them and check payment statements and proof of payment from like four months earlier for the exact amounts, and ask them specifically "we all good here"; Guess what? Ten months later you get another threatening letter and the same harassment. Imagine running a business this way? Contact 6 here we come.

Our outdoor water faucet has been leaking for months. Thanks to Daryl, we have water access in our backyard. Daryl was very professional and identified other areas that needed repair or replacement as well. Daryl took the time to explain why these repairs are necessary which was important to us. Good Job!

Doug and Ryan did phenomenal work! We will have peace of mind when we travel because we can now reliably turn off water to the whole house. We don't know yet if the freezing pipes problem is cured, but we expect things will be better this year. The pipes by the laundry area look great. We appreciate their work!

The sump pump in my home died and needed replacing. After getting the run around with a plumber offered by my home warranty, I made the decision to reach out to Oak Creek Plumbing for the fix. Roxanne was lovely to speak with and very helpful in passing on information to get things scheduled. Bob was very kind, caught that the pipes leaving the sump were not correct, and worked with us to ensure we would get a proper repair and could file a report with our home warranty for reimbursement. He also made it possible to get everything fixed before the weekend despite short notice. The team that came to the home and replaced the sump pump left the worksite clean and the sump is virtually noiseless compared to the previous. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Oak Creek Plumbing and will be using them for future plumbing needs. Thank you Bob!
