  Had a good experience working with James. We are selling my MIL’s house and to improve the condition we added some carpet and vinyl flooring. He worked with my timeline and there was a small touch-up needed on the flooring that he helped me sort out and went above and beyond. Would buy from here again. Also, good work from Romero and Juan on the installations.

  Carpetland USA did a fabulous job on our recent flooring installation. Their crew is experienced and friendly. Our new luxury vinyl plank is beautiful and has a deep rich look. Amazing!

  We worked with Adam S. in Oak Creek. We looked at multiple samples and showed him pictures of the room and he came up with a sample they didn’t have there, but he got it from another location and it was perfect! It looks just beautiful in our room! Our installer Jeremy and Gavin were quick, efficient and professional in the installation. We are very pleased with Carpetland!

  We were very happy with the quality, price and selection at Carpet land Oak Creek. Our sales person Ryan answered all our questions. He’s super knowledgeable and he was patient with us while we debated our choices. Highly recommended! When it came to installation, the crew was careful and concise. They were very respectful of the environment in our home. Scheduling the install was terrific as Carpetland was very flexible in every way. The crew was AWESOME!

  I went to the new Oak Creek store for new family room and living room carpet. Adam was my salesperson. I explained the kids and pets in my family and was repetitive that I wanted high traffic carpet. I had a budget but if I needed to wait on one room to make sure I had a good quality “sturdy” carpet, I could have. I was also very clear I had concerns of a visible seam from a poor carpet layout from a prior company. Adam assured me the carpets would not show seams and that both were very good quality to hold up for years with the heavy foot and paw traffic we have. I had my family room carpeted first. There was a very visible line in the carpet right down the middle of the room. I called as soon as I got home from work and sent photos. The installer came back a couple days later and it was better but still visible. A different service person came out and tried to steam it down. He told me that the seam is a good install that the color flecks in the carpet is why the seam was so visible. He said he felt with time walking on it that it would be less visible. The seam is right in front of my cocktail table. We don’t walk over most of the area where the seam can be seen. It’s been a month and a half of having the carpet with weekly vacuuming and a little walking in front of the table with significant traffic over the sides. It’s still visible so the jury is still out. I had my family room installed a week after the living room. Thankfully we had no visible seam and we loved the carpet. Within a few days, it started snagging. It snags on everything and anything. It snagged on my dogs claws, on boxes I set on the floor to pack donations. We have one step in the family room. Every time I vacuum the step the carpet comes up with the beater bar. I have to step on the edge to use the vacuum then move my foot away from the wall edge of the step and use the hose for the edge of the carpet. When I am done I have to step down on the carpet to get it back to laying flat. Prior to CarpetLand, I visited a carpet store I had good experiences and products with in other rooms and prior years but they are smaller and didn’t have the color I wanted in high traffic option. I kept hearing the ads for the new store. When I got in I was impressed with the options. I was very clear about my needs. Adam took me right to the carpet I bought as the best fit for our family. He assured me that would be the best option and hold up for a long time with kids and dogs. I paid to get an upgraded pad too. As we were talking about the living room seam Adan told me he was talking with his boss to find a way to make things right. He told me even though I paid in full he was working on solution which could include a goodwill refund. I reached out a recently regarding the family room and have gotten no reply as of yet. I thought at first maybe the snagging was loose carpet fibers that would come out and be good but it continues to snag. If the step is not fixed either that carpet is not going to last constantly pulling up or it’s going to rip off the step. In hindsight, I should have shopped around more since my usual place didn’t have a color option I wanted. When I re-carpet my bedrooms and update my kitchen, I will be shopping multiple stores and don’t foresee working with this company again. I also filled out the survey card I got in the mail asking about satisfaction and got no reply to that.
