  I called at 8 AM to have my air-conditioning unit looked at. I received a call from Nick at 1:30 stating he would be at my house by 2 PM. We told him of the problems we were having he went right to work on the furnace, checking airflow and the air cleaner. Nick came well prepared with the tools, gauges and knowledge to repair our problem. He patiently explained what he did and what we can do in the future. I highly recommend Thielmann for any HVAC issues.

  Called the evening of August 16 to get service for backed up pipes. Left a message. Followed up the next day and was told the team was on lunch. They transferred me to voicemail. Called back a few hours later and they told me that they would message the team directly. I’m now approaching 24 hours since my first phone call and nobody has called me back, and my sewer is still clogged. Per reception the plumber has been on lunch from 11:15 am until almost 3pm. I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service.

  Kevin P came for my service call today. I have worked with him on 2 previous occasion's when he kept my 48 year old Lennox air conditioner running. He is very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He walks you through what he is going to be doing and explains things. He welcomes any and all questions. It is because of him that I chose to buy my Air Conditioner and furnace from Thielmann. He is currently working with me to remedy some issues. He is the absolute best!!

  Brandon and his crew did a great job at our house. The install was nice and clean. Things were communicated quickly and efficiently. They put down blankets for their path of travel throughout the house and all of them were personable as well. I would highly recommend them to work at your house.

  After reaching out to 6–8 local HVAC companies in southeastern Wisconsin, I ultimately decided to move forward with Thielmann Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, they were responsive and easy to schedule with. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Matthews, and I highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering a new furnace or air conditioning system. Chris took the time to understand my home, my goals, and what I was looking for in a replacement system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never rushed me through my many questions. What really set Chris apart was that he helped me understand the differences between multiple quotes I had received from other companies. Rather than simply trying to sell me a system, he educated me on what to look for, explained what each quote actually meant, and helped me make an informed decision. That’s how he earned my trust. He was also the only representative who followed up with a thoughtful thank-you email that summarized the issues I was trying to solve and included several detailed options for both a new furnace and air conditioning unit. That level of professionalism and customer service really stood out to me. To top it off, after deciding to move forward with Thielmann, I found out my parents had also used them about five years ago for their own furnace and AC installation and had a great experience as well. That reinforced that this is a reputable company with a strong commitment to customer service. I would absolutely recommend Thielmann Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused HVAC company. They earned my business, and I would gladly work with them again. 10/10.
