You think you have an appointment but get no confirmation and when you call there is no record of this.
Probably another victim of outsourcing what used to be great local customer service

We had a very disappointing experience with Mr Hollands. We had a Bad leak in the basement due to our furnace and AC system so we reached out to them to come take a look and FIX it. The technician came out and inspected our systems and didn’t even attempt to fix it at all. All he did was show us what was wrong and he recommended us to replace the whole system. We ended our meeting with the sales call of some man trying to convince us to buy a whole system for $23000. We paid the technician $100 for coming out and at the end of the day the water was still leaking in our basement. He gave us the options for repairs and that was $11000. If you want to waste money, DEFINITELY CHOOSE MR HOLLANDS.
I’ve then reached out to Austin plumbing and they are a family run operation. The technician came out and knew exactly what to do and fixed our leakage In two hours. No more leaking. We paid him $200. REAL PROFESSIONAL RESULTS BY REAL PROFESSIONALS. No scam artists. Go to Austin’s Plumbing.
Beau was excellent in diagnosing the problem with our AC and finding the FIX, not a replacement.
He showed and explained everything very well, and we are confident of the service. He explained what to anticipate in the future so we can plan for it; new parts or new unit.

X'Avier’s is one of the few reasons I went with Mr Hollands. He was professional and did a complete once over of my HVAC system to be sure no more bandaids could be applied to limp it forward one more year. He kept me in the loop during the entire process.
I’m sure I’ll be prompted to do another survey post installation but my experience preinstall with Mr Hollands is great!

We had a melted electrical outlet in our kitchen and called for emergency service at noon on a Saturday. We were told someone would come that afternoon within a couple of hours. No one showed up and there was no phonecall for an update. By 6 no one had come. We called and we're told everyone had gone home for the evening.
