I made a claim in May, I had immediate follow-up and was told the 2 replacement window panels were ordered, and that they should come in around July 4th. I have not heard a follow-up since. Ive called customer support multiple times. They use an answering service so you cannot actually speak to anyone. No call back. I made another online claim. No follow-up. I called a sales number, someone answered of course (sales are important), explained the situation, was put on hold, then they told me the original person helping me back in May left and there was a lack of transition in open items. I was told someone would follow up with me in 24 hours. Its been 2 weeks... yet no follow-up. Im beyond frustrated. There is NO reason for this poor experience. Leadership needs to take a hard look at this and improve service.

Mad City really listened to our vision for our kitchen. Jo and Chris did the work , they were very polite and respectful of the work environment. We are very pleased with the result.
