  Flawless refinished my living room floor, recarpeted my steps, and replaced my kitchen floor with LVT. On that last part, I want to give a BIG shout out to Jimmy. He is a skilled installer and equally professional at dealing with customers. I found him to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a very good communicator who went above and beyond more times than I probably know. I hope Flawless sees what an asset they have in him!

  The two men that came out were punctual and then did a fantastic job refinishing my wood floors. They look fantastic. Will definitely use them in other parts of my house.

  I recently had old carpeting removed and new carpeting installed throughout my living room, den, hallway, two bedrooms, and closets, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Billy and Kiara were exceptional from start to finish—polite, accommodating, and consistently professional. They even took the time to screw down squeaky floorboards, assuring me it was no trouble at all. Their workmanship was methodical, thorough, and clearly rooted in experience. Billy’s expertise was especially valuable when reviewing seam placement. He explained his recommendations, consulted with me at each step, and executed the work with true craftsmanship. Both installers were personable, easy to communicate with, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly and left the home spotless. I also want to acknowledge Justin, whose knowledge and patience in the showroom played a major role in my decision to purchase from your store. He spent considerable time helping me compare samples, understand padding options, and promptly followed up with pricing and scheduling information. Lance was equally professional and helpful during the measurement appointment, offering guidance that ultimately led to a better overall installation plan. The carpet looks beautiful, and the customer service I received at every stage was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend your store for anyone’s flooring needs. Thank you!

  This place is horrible I paid almost 13,000 dollars to have my entire first floor done with the steps leading to my basement as well well they cut my steps and cut a wire which they told me I was responsible and would not continue with the job til it was fixed I explained to them no one told me that my steps were going to be shortened and how am I responsible for something your company did ? The guy played hard ball so I had to pay to get that fixed then they didn’t put the cord around the outside of certain areas the pieces they did do some of it was coming off.. So they sent someone out to look at the work and said they had to order materials but this job has been unfinished for over 2 months my floor has low spots in it I asked for compensation and has been waiting for ever I’m just being told that there working on it , so I reached out to the vice president name Justin and I’ve been waiting on a phone call or a resolution but now my calls are being screened save your money with a name like flawless flooring you expect no mistakes, not them plenty mistakes and mind you this was a cash deal and this is how they treat there customers now I got to get an attorney involved to get this resolved..
