  The installers arrived when scheduled and they were done early. Seamless process from friendly showroom help (new Berlin) to measuring to install to a final walk thru.

  We had our wood floors refinished and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Collin and Mauricio did a fantastic job and were incredibly helpful answering all of our questions.   Before moving into my condo, I decided to replace all of the old carpet with laminate. After some Google searching I found Flawless Flooring and I’m so glad I went with them. Do not overthink it - they are the best flooring contractors in the Milwaukee area! Jessie was the showroom coordinator and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and helped me pick a flooring that I love and looks great. Jason was the project coordinator. He explained every line of the quote in detail and was able to add to and change multiple parts of the quote on short notice. After the first quote, I learned I needed an underlayment to follow my HOA bylaws and he did the research to find out what was necessary. I then decided I wanted laminate installed in another room that was originally out of the project scope, and he was quick to get the new quote together for me. Pricing for materials and labor was very fair. Matthew delivered the laminate for acclimation and made that process a breeze. He was punctual, very careful, and explained everything I needed to know before the installation. Zack was the installer and did an expert job. His attention to detail is one of a kind and he was very efficient with his time. At the end of each day he let me know how much he had done and how much was left. Above all, they are very kind people and you can tell they take pride in their work. I am so happy with the results, and you will be too.
