  We are extremely happy with our new walk-in shower! The entire process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. The installation was completed in just one day, and our installer did an outstanding job. He was respectful of our home, kept everything neat and clean, and took the time to make sure the work was done right. The shower looks beautiful and has completely updated our bathroom. Even more importantly, it gives us peace of mind knowing we no longer have to step over the side of a tub. The walk-in design makes it much safer and greatly reduces the risk of slips and falls. We highly recommend Mad City to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professional service, and a beautiful finished product!

  We had a great experience with Mad City. The sales rep was very respectful and really listened to our ideas and what we were looking for. The installers were professional and friendly and very thorough with the follow-up. I really like the end result and feel confident that we will enjoy our shower for years to come!

  All in all it was a good experience. I would tell them to quit trying to be so pushy during the sells appointment. When someone says they want to think about it that's what they mean. Don't try to give me deals and discounts after the quote, that tells me the price is set high to begin with. I don't consider that the sells persons fault that's how the are trained from corporate. That being said everything else was very smooth except for one small schedule hickup. The installer worked alone and was extremely professional and quick. He removed 8 old windows and installed the new ones and was finished in around 7 hours. They should give him a raise. Very happy with the windows so far Yes I would recommend them.

  Scheduled two estimates, and both times the technician didn't show up without any notification. First appointment, I waited over an hour before leaving. Got a call from the office half an hour later saying he'd arrived, no heads up he was running late, no explanation. Rescheduled for two days later and the exact same thing happened. Called the office to ask what was going on while they're still open and got sent straight to voicemail. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Would not recommend.

  Had a sales guy Come to my house didn’t even come in my house, put his bag down and says” I’m not touching these windows no less than 2800 a window” like what? Didn’t even show no professional courtesy honestly, I think he was racist because I’m Hispanic didn’t not measure not one window. And told me a price without walking in my house. Horrible customer service pathetic honestly embarrassing had another window company come out and actually took the time to measure each window and go through a booklet of what I wanted or what options were available! And broke down pricing, Mad city just looks outside your house and tells you a price Without even measuring a single window. Also told me they charge more because it’s a “stone house “ I called the office to file a complaint, and they actually told me they do not charge more for stone houses. So either the sales guy was lying or they don’t know what they’re talking about regardless do not recommend
