  Chris and his crew were excellent and professional. From the estimate to the finished product. They showed up the day before installing my new driveway and went over the lay out to make sure I was happy with it. Once the crew showed up the next day they were excellent and after talking with them they had decades of experience. One year later called Chris and had his crew seal my whole driveway, can’t say enough how happy I am and how good it looks! I would definitely recommend them!

  Purpose contracting installed a new driveway for me last week. The entire crew was fantastic! They went over and above to make sure I was happy customer. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend!

  Office person was rude. Estimator was late. Office called 36 mins after appointment to say not coming today. Busy with helping others on job. Asked if can reschedule tomorrow morning. I said no, I had another appointment. She explained how busy they were. Before I could ask for another time for an appointment, she talked over me and said "Good luck with your project." I guess they don't "need" my business or a good review.

  I have had several issues with Purpose Contacting. Communication was great until after the payment was made. They paved my rear driveway in July 2023, which looked good at first. A crack the full length of the culvert occurred the spring after they paved it. I called Chris and he said they'd come out to address the issue, they never showed up. I called a few more times, no follow up from them. Fast forward a year or so, Purpose was contracted by Village of Caledonia to repair a water main repair the city did on my front driveway. Purpose over-cut their repair onto my concrete driveway by about 6" and refused to fix it. In this overcut, they cut my buried dog fence wire. I asked them to fix the dog fence and offered to leave the materials on the driveway for them to use for the repair. I was told they'd be over that week to fix the dog fence. Again, a no show. There is a pattern here that is not acceptable. I don't recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

  The owner, Randy, is the most responsive and communicative contract manager I've worked with. He answered every email with questions, and didn't delay in scheduling the job. It was done quickly and exactly to the specs. It looks great! It's hard to find a good contractor these days and so I highly recommend him!
