  1st choice heating and cooling should be everyone’s only choice. We had an emergency with our Air Conditioning unit during the heavy heat and smoke. This was a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was truly amazing. I called and they got someone out to us within 2 hours. Justin our tech was awesome. Great attitude , great approach assuring me he would get the air working for my mother who has fibrosis and cannot be without air. Within 10 minutes the problem was found And Justin fixed it and we had air flowing again within minutes. I strongly recommend this company. Everyone from the operators to the tech were very caring and gave us amazing service. Derek Leopold

  I HIGHLY recommend 1st Choice. From sales to installation went smoothly. Everyone is very nice and very knowledgeable about their products. They leave no mess behind. I had new furnace and AC installed and the price is reasonable.

  Tim is knowledgeable, timely and communicative. He has been helpful in explaining what I can do to keep my system running smoothly. I appreciate the reminder texts and calls to let me know I’m due for a maintenance call. I also like the phone call to tell me when the tech is on the way from their previous call.

  On the hottest day of the year, our air-conditioning went out. First Choice scheduled us promptly for a repair. The technician arrived as promised arrived, courteous and efficient. He solved our problem and we are very happy and cool! . We have been a First Choice customer for years. We couldn’t be happier.

  Absolutely happy with their service from the Quoting from Dan to their men Keith and Iann coming out to do all the installments. Customer service has been great too!
