  Not enough good things to say about First Choice and Team. Justin detected serious carbon monoxide issues with our furnace and we are beyond thankful.

  Well explained, good work. Let us know we had been using the wrong filter in our furnace. They put the correct configuration in.

  Sales (Dan), operations manager (Rob) and 3 technicians (Ian, Keith and Mitchell) were a 10+ ! Outstanding.. Lots of work and it down poured rain for an hour. Dan sized the system properly and they had American Standard (Trane) which I wanted. A great salesperson who knows his stuff and just a great person to work with. Rob's shop is well organized and clean. Impressed. The technicians many years of experience and it showed. Proper installation is probably more important than the brand for the first 10 years. I would highly recommend you consider 1st Choice Heating and Cooling if you are looking to replace your system. The people make a difference.

  We had a great experience with Cameron at 1st Choice Heating and Cooling! He was helpful explaining what was going on with our AC unit, was prompt with his arrival and did not take up too much of our time. He came prepared with the parts to fix it, so he did not have to return, and overall he did amazing, our AC was fixed just in time for the heat wave. Highly recommend Choice Heating and Cooling, it was our first time using them and we will use them again for any of our AC/HVAC needs!
