When our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, we were incredibly relieved that Midwest Heating and Cooling was able to send Zach out to help, even at 10:00 pm at night. With two young children, including a newborn, having our AC restored meant we didn't have to pack everyone up and head to a hotel.
Zach was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get our AC up and running again. He took the time to explain what was going on and made the whole experience much less stressful.
We are so grateful for Zach's outstanding service and for Midwest Heating and Cooling's commitment to helping customers when they need it most. We can't thank Zach enough and highly recommend both him and the team!
I had an AC replacement with Midwest. The service from the first visit for estimation all the way to completion was incredibly professional. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I had a few issues with my new unit, they went above and beyond in terms of communication and making sure they could correct the issue as soon as possible.
While every Midwest tech I’ve met so far has been great, but shout out to Garrett for checking in multiple times and taking time to help troubleshoot.

Had my A/C serviced by Midwest Heating and Cooling. I have an old system. It was a little low on freon, so they charged it. A month later, the A/C is kicking on and off. I inspected the A/C unit, and the freon cover caps were loose, and one was on the ground. Additionally, the electric cover wasn't put back on and was hanging inside the A/C unit. I choose not to call them because then I'd just get their business development team calling me three times a day to sell me a new unit.

They worked very hard and did a nice job on the installation. After they completed the installation they went over what was done and how stuff works.
My only complaint and for me it’s a big one is they did a half ass job cleaning up.
They forgot a very large piece of duct work from the old equipment and left it in the basement. I had to call the company back to have them turn around to come get it. Screws old pieces of installation and other things were never picked up. All it would take is a 2min walk around to check but it seemed as if they just wanted to get out.
The last thing they forgot to clean up was some p gravel used to set the base for the ac. If I had to guess the bag split open a bit. A shovel full worth of p gravel was picked up by me.
A big part of having pride pride in your work is cleaning up after your work is done.

We had a new furnace and AC put in a couple of days ago and had got an error code (EE gas furnace) several times on the thermostat. Joe G came out, listened to the concerns (even though the error code was gone by the time he arrived), and did a thorough check of everything to ensure our systems were functioning well. He was thorough, friendly, professional, and provided a hypothesis as to why we might have been getting the error codes. Joe arrived on time, within several hours of calling the office. Thank you Joe and Midwest Heating and Cooling for being responsive and a pleasure to work with!
