  The entire team was very professional and did a wonderful job installing my vents throughout the house!!!! The work may have been a little over priced but truthfully I didn't compare the company to other heating companies.

  Highly recommend!!!! Above and beyond doesn’t say enough. We had Bobby from Midwest Heating and Cooling come to our house to give an estimate on a new HVAC purchase and install. We had gotten a previous estimate, from another contractor. Two completely different experiences. Bobby took his time, explained everything & answered all my questions. He was genuine and personable, I compliment his parents. (And his Supervisor) gave us not one but three options. We are working with a grant and he brought up (in minutes) everything we need. I highly recommend anyone needing these services contact Midwest Heating and Cooling! Amazing Tyler B & Darla H were our installers and it was a very efficient install! Cleaned everything up & our new Furnace & AC are everything they promised. Explained Thermostat function and filter. Very, very Happy with technicians and associates all around.   I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the two young men who completed the replacement. While I was in Canada on a fishing trip, storms came through, knocking down trees and causing power outages. Your team went above and beyond by cutting and moving parts of a fallen tree to clear the driveway for my wife. That level of customer care and initiative is becoming increasingly rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture you've built at Midwest HVAC. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Midwest HVAC has restored my faith that some companies still truly prioritize their customers. You've earned a place on my very short list of companies I would confidently recommend to friends and family. Thank you again for the outstanding service.

  I recently had Midwest Heating & Cooling out to inspect an air conditioning unit and recommend the best course of action. They did a thorough inspection and provided an honest recommendation on whether it made more sense to repair or replace the system. They also put together a detailed quote for replacing both my furnace and air conditioning unit. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were very easy to schedule with online, responsive throughout the process, and professional during the visit. I would definitely recommend Midwest Heating & Cooling for anyone looking for knowledgeable and reliable HVAC service.

  I would not recommend this company. My AC went out. I had Midwest come out to repair it. I was told it was previously installed incorrectly. A salesman came out the next day. He ran the serial number and said my warranty expired the year before on a 4 year old unit. I had a friend who owns his own HVAC company for 30 years. He is in New Jersey. He ran the serial number and told me the parts are still under warranty. He said the price Midwest quoted was high as well. He said companies like this give a bad reputation to honest HVAC companies. And Midwest did not put the panel back on my furnace. My friend sent the item I need and will walk me through the process via video to repair my AC
