    BAD customer service. I called to talk with someone to get a rough estimate of what it would cost to have them paint the inside of my WHOLE house. I told them that I haven't moved in yet, but I wanted to know the services that they could do, time frames, etc... like I said, I was really just looking for more information. They called back and told me that they were not interested!!!! Seriously, you're a painting company and you're not interested in painting my whole house! I really couldn't believe it. Not only are they rude, but apparently poor businessmen too.
