  We were very pleased with DJ , our Sales and Design Consultant. He answered all of our questions, gladly showed us some of the on-site sheds and various options that they can come with. There was no pressure, just great customer service. He told us what was popular and accommodated our own desires. We did like that he could ‘build’ the shed on the computer and printed a copy of what the shed will look like. We are looking forward to getting a new shed installed in perhaps a month or so.

  DJ was great when I went to order at the end of May, got what I needed. From there it was downhill... Couple weeks later issues with the permit. Had to keep texting and calling for a week to finally get someone on the phone. Then I went to city hall to deal with it and ended up having the main inspector to my house to work out the issues the first week of July. I immediately reached out and let everyone know the new placement. Weeks passed and crickets... I keep reaching out for updates and nothing. Finally someone contacts me they are submitting for my permits now (ones that should have been submitted for weeks ago) and they want me to approve placement. They moved it to my front yard after the issue was it needed to be 60' from the street... Placing it basically on the street. Again I had to do the leg work fixing the placement I already fixed and getting these done. Now I have permits and was told you'll be called in 48 hours for a delivery appt... That didn't happen a week later I'm harassing them again. I set the appointment for Thursday, then next week Tuesday I get a call telling me they will be there Wednesday, nope upi won't no one will be here and I set it for Thursday. Back and forth... Well Thursday is booked they can be there Friday. Fine. The install went well for me. And then the charges, during this process I did have to change the shed which lowered the price. Well they charged me the original price. I got the money back but what a disaster and massive headache this whole process was. A completely incompetent team outside of DJ. I would never do this again.

  My husband and I bought a tuff shed through Home Depot. The Home Depot staff that helped us purchase It were phenomenal, but as soon as we had to deal with the tuff shed Associates is where it all went downhill. We had such a hard time getting our delivery scheduled because they didn’t prioritize us since we bought the “display” vs a new shed. My husband had to call four times in order to get scheduled, He spoke to the scheduling department (team lead Taryn) on May 19 at 12:44pm and scheduled our delivery for June 4 between eight and noon . This morning he called to see what time the shed would be delivered and Tayrn told him they didn’t know what he was talking about and that he wasn’t on the schedule, He said that must be wrong because he was told that his delivery date was for June 4 between eight and noon. Then Tayrn on the phone told him that he was lying because there was no record of a scheduled delivery and that he needed to provide the Verizon phone recording to them. Verizon won’t provide that due to privacy issues. The scheduling department can’t admit that they made a mistake and are requiring the customers to provide information that is not possible to get. So not only have we been waiting over a month for our shed that we’ve already paid for, tuff shed Scheduling department flat out called my husband a liar and won’t return our phone calls. What shitty service, we are in disbelief that a company would treat paying customers this way. What about oh my gosh I’m so sorry there was a scheduling mistake. Let me get you rescheduled as soon as possible - But no, instead a paying customer gets called a liar and ignored Update: Just got off the phone with Verizon I can’t get the recording until I sue them, but they can review the phone call and give me a summary on it. Waiting on the summary.

  DJ was very helpful in customizing the shed details and was always available throughout the whole sales process.

  The shed I purchased is very nice and the purchasing of said shed was excellent. However. The installation was a joke. Very poor quality on the installers. They got paint on my garage all over my driveway and on the white trim of the shed. I would purchase from. Dj again if they got better installers. Also. They did deliver in light rain and it looks as if they painted it right before they hauled it to Milwaukee from Illinois. So the paint was actually running right off most of it.
