  My husband and I bought a tuff shed through Home Depot. The Home Depot staff that helped us purchase It were phenomenal, but as soon as we had to deal with the tuff shed Associates is where it all went downhill. We had such a hard time getting our delivery scheduled because they didn’t prioritize us since we bought the “display” vs a new shed. My husband had to call four times in order to get scheduled, He spoke to the scheduling department (team lead Taryn) on May 19 at 12:44pm and scheduled our delivery for June 4 between eight and noon . This morning he called to see what time the shed would be delivered and Tayrn told him they didn’t know what he was talking about and that he wasn’t on the schedule, He said that must be wrong because he was told that his delivery date was for June 4 between eight and noon. Then Tayrn on the phone told him that he was lying because there was no record of a scheduled delivery and that he needed to provide the Verizon phone recording to them. Verizon won’t provide that due to privacy issues. The scheduling department can’t admit that they made a mistake and are requiring the customers to provide information that is not possible to get. So not only have we been waiting over a month for our shed that we’ve already paid for, tuff shed Scheduling department flat out called my husband a liar and won’t return our phone calls. What shitty service, we are in disbelief that a company would treat paying customers this way. What about oh my gosh I’m so sorry there was a scheduling mistake. Let me get you rescheduled as soon as possible - But no, instead a paying customer gets called a liar and ignored Update: Just got off the phone with Verizon I can’t get the recording until I sue them, but they can review the phone call and give me a summary on it. Waiting on the summary.

  I love my new shed!! DJ was really great to work with during the entire process, and was very helpful. The shed turned out great and is exactly what I needed. Overall, great work!

  DJ was awesome. Very friendly and informative. Nothin felt rushed and he didn’t try to sell me anything. He showed the options and answered all of my questions.
