  My parents hired Ron and Russ for their new flooring, and it's been a nightmare. Their own workers apparently say they're on something on the job, which explains a lot about the shortage of work and/or materials. They lie to their subs, they lie to my parents too, and will lie to you. Never again working with them and neither should you.

  This was our second time having flooring installed by Ron and Russ Flooring. Both experiences have been great. They made the process so easy and were willing to work with different timelines. They are attentive and customer focused. The instillation was smooth and quality work. I would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

  Ron and Russ are the "go to guys" for any flooring purchase and installation. They were all kind, considerate, compassionate, and professional! It was actually pleasant. The way it SHOULD BE when you get new flooring installed! Installation was timely, clean and professional! Highly recommended! I'll be back. Thank you!

  Fantastic Customer Service!! We purchased flooring from Ronn and Russ Flooring a few years ago and we were concerned after the install with the appearance of the flooring. It didn't seem to be laying flush with the floor. The installers told us that it would correct over time. Well, that never happened and the flooring only got worse. Russ stopped out recently to inspect the floor and he concluded that the flooring wasn't put in correctly. Now we were well past the store's warranty period but that didn't stop Ronn and Russ from standing behind the product. They didn't just try to repair the floor, they replaced all of the flooring "and" covered the cost of the install. Who does that? In an age when customer service is usually an afterthought, Ronn and Russ do it the old school way because they take great pride in the business they've built. We're beyond thrilled with our new flooring and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ronn and Russ Flooring to anyone considering a change or update to their flooring. They bring meaning to "going the extra mile" for their customers. Outstanding job guys and thank you!

  We had an excellent experience with this company. They removed old and installed new carpeting in our RV. Russ was able schedule the installation even before our deadline so we could continue our travel plans. The installer did a wonderful job, was pleasant and professional. We definately recommend them!
