  I had both boilers in my duplex replaced by Nimmer Heating in the middle of winter, so this was definitely an urgent and stressful situation — especially with tenants to consider as well. From start to finish, the entire team was outstanding. What really stood out to me was the communication. The office staff — Brian, Malinda, and Beth — kept us updated every step of the way with texts, scheduling updates, and clear communication about when technicians would arrive. That level of organization and follow-through made a huge difference during a stressful project. The technicians Tyler, Pat, Josh, and Joe were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work they were doing throughout the process. Everyone was respectful of both our home and our tenant’s space, and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. Nimmer Heating came highly recommended to us, and now I completely understand why. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating or boiler work done. Thank you again to the entire team for making a difficult mid-winter replacement go as smoothly as possible! Kristine

  My wife and I recently used Nimmer Heating to install a bathroom fan, venting and all. We initially got them to come out for a free consultation. At this stage the excellent Brian Nowak came to the house, who very carefully and thoroughly walked me through the options to install the fan and venting and suggested the one that he believed would be the best option. He got a quote to us within a day and I couldn't be happier with the work that he did. About ten days later we had Pat Kuhlmeier and Sid Ortiz come out to do the work. They were both very friendly, extremely professional, and did such an amazing job in a short amount of time. On top of the work being top-notch, they also left the house spotless as they thoroughly cleaned all the areas that they worked in. You wouldn't have even known there had been work done! All in all, I would use Nimmer again for any HVAC related work that might need to be done in the house and will definitely recommend them enthusiastically to anyone who needs HVAC work!
