  Chris was profoundly and friendly. He completed the work on the AC units proficiently and efficiently. He explained a couple of things about the units that were very helpful.

  Blake Townsend and Pat Kuhlmeier came to do routine maintenance on our AC. They were very tolerant of my taking pictures and asking questions. They explained what they were doing and gave me tips on how to better care for our unit. We used Nimmer a couple of years ago to replace our furnace and were pleased with them then, and they certainly did not disappoint this time. We will keep all our HVAC needs with Nimmer. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional company for your HVAC needs, I strongly recommend Nimmer. You will not be disappointed.

  Technician Joe came out to do a PM on the central air and to figure out what was causing a noise in the system every time it shut off. Joe was on time, courteous and knew what he was doing. He explained what was causing the noise and gave us a couple of options for the repair. I rate Joe as a 10 out of 10!

  Joe was prompt and friendly. In addition to the repair, he spent quite a bit of time explaining issues that might surface in the future with our system, and presented options - never a hard sell on new equipment, but a range of things to consider. Was very good at explaining things on a level we could understand. In our call to make the appointment, the office staff was also friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely go with Nimmer again.
