  Amazing customer service! The tech, Natalie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and suggest ways to avoid further problems. Absolutely fantastic service all around!

  Mr. Blake Townsend has been to our house multiple times now, and is not only a pleasure to work with, but knows his craft extremely well. On the most recent visit, he caught and fixed some issues that undoubtedly will save us money and keep us comfortable this summer. We’re extremely happy to remain regular Nimmer customers.

  Natalie was fantastic. She is extremely thorough and diagnosed a problem that was caused by a previous HVAC contractor I was using. She is very knowledgeable and her explanations are understandable to non-HVAC people. Wish I would have used Nimmer to begin with. Natalie is a real treasure. I have requested her for my fall maintenance trip.
