I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were all friendly and professional. They did a good job with my garage door and I would definitely use them again. Thank you for your hard work. Everyone was accommodating and I appreciate it.

No, I do not recommend, which is disappointing, as the person that actually fixed my issue was amazing. I have a crack in my garage door and needed it fixed. Instead of sending someone to fix the underlying issue, as requested, they sent a sales guy who ordered a new panel, so I put a deposit down, and waited for the panel to come in. When they came out to install the new panel, it did not fit as the door they installed in my 2010 new garage build is from 1992, (a completely separate issue), but the actual fix was easy and done quickly, and the guy who actually fixed it was awesome. After the repair was done I inquired about a refund on the deposit I made for the panel that didn’t work. I was told the work I had done was the exact same amount as the deposit, which is great but I asked for a receipt for my records, as well as a copy of the paperwork on my original garage build as the comments about the 1992 door reads differently than the paperwork I have. It’s been three weeks since I’ve requested the information and no one will return my calls or emails. I know it seems ridiculous but if a company cannot handle the little things, how are they going to handle the big things? This is not even addressing them putting an 18 year old door on a new build and telling me it was from the old garage. It wasn’t. The door on the garage they took down was from 1936. I have all my paperwork from the build as well and my paperwork reads and we paid for a new door! All I asked for was updated paperwork and a receipt for work I had done, and now they will not call or email me back. So no, based on a simple lack of communication and sense of urgency, I cannot recommend JD Griffiths.

We wanted to share a spectacular Google review on our new garage door. We are so satisfied with how it turned out and we also are impressed by the pricing that JD Griffith gave us much lower than any other quote that we received from any other competitor. We also want to thank Jaden for his expertise in getting this installed for us. He did a fabulous job. He was very friendly and polite! Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Both David ,who came out for an estimate within an hour of calling them, and Mike who actually replaced and installed the garage door panel were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient to answer all my questions. They were very prompt in squeezing me in to do the work the following day as our car was stuck in the garage. SUPER SERVICE !!! They will now be my go to garage service company. Plus I felt their price was very reasonable.
