  We hired First Onsite to restore our Basement after it the damage from the August 2025 floods in Milwaukee. My project manager, Sergio Amaya, was a pleasure to work with and very reliable throughout the project. He was incredibly prompt with his communications, regardless of the time of day or night, he always made sure to get back to me with an answer. With the few challenges we had on this project, he remained professional, respectful and positive. He always worked together with me to find a solution that met my needs. His crews that worked on the project were on time, hard working and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Our basement looks beautiful again. I appreciated the quality of work that First Onsite did for us. I would hire them again.

  They are very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them any time. I backed my truck into my garage this winter and they replaced the broken 2x4’s and the siding that was damaged. It looks great also. You can see the before and after.

  Rick, Sergio, Jorge, Julie, and Rizo’s team all made the process so simple and stress free. Having my water pipes burst was not something I was prepared for and this team was so helpful and kept a tight timeline to get everything completed quickly.
