- MIM W B, III5 days ago5.0Carl from Burkhardt was here this AM and did our annual furnace tuneup. He was very professional and informative, identifying a major issue that we will have corrected in October - Well before the heavy heating season. Burkhardt has been our HVAC service provider for many years and we highly recommend them and Carl.
- DDDan5 days ago2.0Charged me $459 for a cartridge I already purchased (the same one Moen) and got the same result as me told me nothing I could do apart keep tying to flush out debris. They did turn a bolt in my basement shut off valve which I appreciated but it’s still a lot of money. He did say if he got the same outcome he would reconsider the price but they didn’t. I get it they need to be paid but still it’s a lot of money for zero result.

- MSMartina SpelterSep 25, 20265.0Excellent service! We had a sudden unexpected situation come up with a power line at our house. Burkhardt moved things around to squeeze us in and got someone out within an hour and got the problem fixed. Brian was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, informative, and thorough. We are so grateful!
- JSJoseph ShrawderSep 25, 20265.0I have been using Burkhardt exclusively for a few years now because of their responsiveness, quality, courtesy and integrity. This time was no different. Punctual and professional. I’ve bought two A/C systems from them and this time was a full furnace and A/C checkup. I’d definitely recommend them.
