Skylar came out promptly and spent one afternoon clearing sewage. He came back the next day, cleared out tree roots and even did a great job cleaning my basement. It turns out that I don't have a house trap after all. The fee was very reasonable, the work excellent and the customer service absolutely extraordinary. Don't call anyone else--Drain Cleaning Brothers are THE BEST.

We tried calling a plumber who referred us to someone who doesn't clean drains on the weekend. We were told it could cost us upwards of over $1,000 to get someone here on an emergency basis on a Saturday. We called another plumber who told us to call the "Brothers". Luckily, they were in a nearby town, and they came right away to fix the problem. My tears went to smiles!! And they were on their way to a Brewer game that afternoon, but still made time to solve our issues. VERY knowledgeable, kind, helpful. Gave us tips for the future to avoid another back-up.
