  I had cabinet drawer problem. They came out and solved the problem with parts I couldn’t find. This was amazing. Best work I’ve ever seen.

  Actuate did two big projects for us - a gut job of ~2000 square feet to turn 3 separate rooms into one big custom kitchen / dining area, adding two net new bathrooms and 3 closets upstairs, and then a 2 story addition with all new infrastructure in both projects (2 zone hvac, heated floors in the bathrooms, custom cabinetry and appliances, all new plumbing and electrical, custom coffered ceiling in the sunroom, custom tile installation, dozens of doors and windows, custom millwork, refinished and laced in new hardwood flooring, and more). We couldn’t be happier with the end result and will be in our home forever. Big shoutout to Mark, Ryan, Stephanie, and the rest of the Actuate team for the partnership and finished product!

  Actuate remodeled our kitchen and did an amazing job! Their team was wonderful to work with - great communication and on-time work. We love the finished product. Would absolutely recommend Actuate to anyone looking for a professional, high quality remodel.

  We are elated with how all of our remodeling projects turned out and would definitely recommend Actuate for any remodeling project. High praise goes to Sarah and Michael for helping us every step of the way. From answering a multitude of questions to guiding us through design options, their expertise and support made our first remodeling experience seamless and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ryan for encouraging us to delay the project until our guests had left—a wise decision that made the entire process much less disruptive. The work began with our small bathroom, where they installed a new vanity, glass shower doors, a pivot mirror, updated lighting fixtures, and fresh paint. They then moved on to our primary bathroom, adding a beautiful new shower door, lighting, and accessories. In fact, we liked the shower door so much that we decided to add one to our third bathroom as well! Finally, we replaced our outdated bar countertop and added a backsplash, giving the space a fresh, clean, updated look. We are extremely pleased with the final results. From setup to cleanup, the entire Actuate team is to be commended. They kept us informed through daily logs, emails, and regular communication, respected our property, addressed concerns promptly, and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Actuate is a fantastic company with an outstanding team of talented, caring professionals. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again.

  We had a great experience working with Actuate. We had a pretty large-scale renovation project on two floors + exteriors, and the work was done exceptionally well, all while staying right on schedule with thorough communication along the way (shoutout to Craig!).
