- MAMiss Allen6 days ago5.0The accessible garage outlet was awkwardly positioned and subsequently stopped working consistently. Our electrician, Mike, repositioned the outlet thus restoring its proper utility. Mike was personable, professional, and incorporated in the household’s “who to call” list.
- LDLinda DykstraSep 28, 20265.0Ethan from Action Plumbing replaced my leaking water heater. He and his partner were quick and efficient. Then, they spent considerable time flushing out my kitchen pipes and replacing my faucet that got irreparably clogged. There was an installation charge, but no cost for the new faucet. Ethan explained what he was doing each step of the way and gave me prices upfront. He explained how to flush my kitchen sink pipes myself as well as how to flush out the new water heater. He gave me a quote on replacing old galvanized pipes in my home. Which is helpful information to have. Ethan was very pleasant to work with.
- MMMichael McConnellSep 24, 20265.0Expert HVAC tech, Riley and his associate were prompt and finished the furnace inspection in about a half an hour. Riley shared information about the status of my furnace and the adjustments that he made. He was personable and friendly. We have been using Action for several years and we've never had a bad experience with their staff.
- HGHolly GaleSep 22, 20265.0Dexter was amazing!!! Is my water heater old and broken? YES!! But Dexter was so kind with his delivery of the news. I will be getting my new water heater installed tomorrow morning. Delightful and handy!!! I called and Dexter was at my cafe within 2 hours. Amazing service. Thanks Action Plumbing and Dexter!!!
- JLJane LargenSep 17, 20265.0Mike came twice, actually. I needed a light for a front porch . The first time I had bought a light that was for indoor use. He told me he could install it but I would have to have it replaced within a year or so. He told me he would return when I got the proper kind, scrape and paint where I had taped the other one and install. When he came the second time he did just that and advised me on some lighting for a 3 season porch. Very happy with Mike and the work he has done for me over the years. Great employee, Action!
