Dan and his assistant (sorry didn't get the young man's name) were here in a timely fashion and worked hard to get everything taken care of. Dan's great and we really appreciate his hard work to figure out just what the issue was with the toilet. It's operating fine now and we are pleased with the new water heater and softener as well. Won't hesitate to call Action again for any future needs.

He also looked at notes I had taken 4 years ago regarding feedback another HVAC guy (from a different company) gave me about replacing my furnace (when this one needs to be replaced) and gave me some pros and cons with those suggestions.
